  This week, we were one of nine Wiltshire schools to gain the Wiltshire Healthy Schools accreditation for promoting healthy lifestyles and providing evidence of improved outcomes for children and young people.

  King's Gate Primary wins The Great Potato Competition organised by Amesbury Rugby Club and Amesbury WI.
• King's Gate does Amesbury Carnival
  On Saturday 21st June 2025, King's Gate Primary School took part in the 2025 Amesbury Carnival. It was the first time since opening, that the carnival has taken place. Everyone had such a great day!
• Anglo-Saxon Day
  On Wednesday 18th June, Year 4 spent the day being Anglo-Saxons.
• Twinings Tea Tasting!
  As part of their topic, our very lucky Year 2 children were treated to a special visit from Twining’s master blending team, Izzy Guymer and Matt Twining.
